Julie Corouge studied history and political science in Rennes and completed her studies in Strasbourg in the European field and Franco-German cooperation in Strasbourg. Since 2011, she has been working on research and innovation cooperation, first in the Greater Region and now in the Upper Rhine region. She supports the work of the Science Pillar in various fields of activity, such as advice on cross-border research and innovation projects and the development of tools and best practice manuals. It is also responsible for the management of the INTERREG project and public relations.

Dr. Nadine Fischer
Officer for the Coordination Office
Nadine Fischer studied Intercultural Communication and International Marketing in Germany and France. She grew up in the Greater Region and also completed part of her studies there. Ms. Fischer has been in the Upper Rhine region since 2023 and works at the Kehl University of Applied Sciences, where she is mainly responsible for the initiation of European research projects (Horizon, Interreg Upper Rhine) and the communication of the Kehl Institute for Applied Research. Since November 1st, 2024, Ms. Fischer has been employed as a officer in the Coordination Office of the Science Pillar of the TMO.
