Communication tools<\/h2>

The main mission<\/strong> of the Coordination Office of the Science Pillar<\/strong> is to propose practical supports and services<\/strong> to scientific stakeholders<\/strong> in the Upper-Rhine region. It also supports the visibility of the Upper-Rhine<\/strong> as an exceptional and unique scientific area<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The thematic \u201cscientific communication<\/strong>\u201d is a very central<\/strong> one for the scientific projects in the Upper-Rhine. Beyond the obligations in terms of communication for the funding programme, projects and their teams<\/strong> need to involve to ensure visibility of their work<\/strong>, at different levels<\/strong> (regional. national, European) and for different targets<\/strong> (economic partners for the valorisation of research<\/strong> results, institutional an political actors as facilitators, their scientific community, the public at large). Trilinguism<\/strong> (English, German and French) is also a challenge for a good communication<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Several tools<\/strong> have been developed in order to support the projects and their teams<\/strong> to optimize their communication<\/strong> and make their actions more visible<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    \n3. Drawing up a price list
    \n4. The design of models and the formatting of communication supports
    \n5. Participation in promotion events
    \n6. Organization of an event
    \n7. Press and media relations
    \n8. Addressing the broader audience
    \n9. Use of social networks
    \n10. Sustainable and responsible communication
    \n11. Scientific mediation<\/p>\n

    – A calendar<\/a> including relevant events and celebrations for cross-border scientific projects<\/p>\n
