{"id":10639,"date":"2021-05-05T11:44:07","date_gmt":"2021-05-05T09:44:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/science.rmtmo.eu\/?page_id=10639"},"modified":"2021-05-05T11:45:57","modified_gmt":"2021-05-05T09:45:57","slug":"dialog-science-2017","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/science.rmtmo.eu\/en\/dialog-science\/dialog-science-2017\/","title":{"rendered":"Dialog Science 2017"},"content":{"rendered":"<section  class=\"section swatch-sciences-white section-short \" ><div class=\"background-media\"><\/div><div class=\"background-overlay\" style=\"\"><\/div><div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row vertical-top\"><div class=\"col-md-6  text-default\" ><h1 class=\"text-left super regular bordered-header\">Dialog Science 2017<\/h1><p>As part of Dialog Science 2017 and the EU event &#8220;European Week of Regions and Cities&#8221; in Brussels, a workshop on cross-border university cooperation was held on 11 October 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Under the title &#8220;Europe in a nutshell &#8211; experiences with the implementation of cross-border groupings of higher education institutions&#8221;, representatives of Eucor &#8211; The European Campus and other cross-border university groupings discussed the opportunities and challenges of institutionalised cooperation in research and teaching with politicians.<\/p>\n<p>The workshop dealt with two different topics: On the one hand, the importance of science for regional policy in border regions was discussed. Representatives from politics took a stand on this. On the other hand, the concrete cross-border exchange between universities and research institutions was discussed.
